Some species of palm trees have developed branches such as the Indian hoka palm, which can grow up to 10 meters tall and it thrives best on open grasslands or in desert areas. Here, too, the thirsty Indians show from the innovative side and produce an extremely tasty and in-demand liqueur, which, however, is not famous for its purity. Commercial producers are known to screw up the fermentation process so much that the drink develops methyl alcohol, and we know this is not very healthy.
